Keith Saucier

Keith Saucier currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at GOAT Group since November 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mattel, Inc. from November 2019 to November 2024, where Saucier held the title of VP Global Benefits & Wellbeing and previously as Sr. Director, Global Benefits, overseeing global employee benefits and wellbeing strategies for a workforce of 10,000. Prior roles at Cornerstone OnDemand and TOMS involved leading compensation and benefits initiatives, while earlier positions at Ares Management Corporation and Fidelity Investments focused on establishing strategic direction and consulting on pay strategy for a large employee base. Saucier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bentley University.
