Jamie Kaplan

Jamie Kaplan currently serves as the Director of Strategic Client Management at GOAT Logistics, focusing on enterprise client management and business development since June 2024. Previously, at DDS Lab, LLC from August 2019 to June 2024, Jamie held the role of Director of Logistics & Service, overseeing US distribution and carrier relations. Jamie began a solid career in logistics and operations at BlueGrace Logistics from 2011 to 2019, advancing through various management positions to Senior Enterprise Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes working as an Operations Supervisor at XPO Logistics, Inc. from 2006 to 2011. Educational background includes a degree from the University of South Florida.
