Tove Augustsson's work experience began in 2011 at Telia Company, where they worked as a Sales Representative until 2013 when they were promoted to Assistant Store Manager. Tove then joined ICA Gruppen in 2016 as a Sales Assistant until 2019. In 2019, Tove joined Goava, a Sales Intelligence Start-Up, as a Customer Success Manager. Tove later became a Senior Customer Success Manager & Team Lead in 2021 and was recently promoted to Chief Customer Officer in 2023.

- From 2016 to 2019, they attended Uppsala University and obtained a degree in Ekonomie kandidatexamen (ek.kand.) with a field of study in Ekonomi.
- In 2019 and 2020, Tove Augustsson attended Uppsala University again, this time focusing on Projektledning och verksamhetsutveckling (Project Management and Business Development) without obtaining a specific degree.
- Additionally, in October 2021, they completed a certification program in Customer Success Manager offered by Startdeliver.
