Carlota Zilio has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carlota'smost recent role is as a Business Operations Manager at Goba Capital, where they have been since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked in sales at the same company from April 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Goba Capital, Carlota was the Finance and Marketing Manager at AdvantaClean of Miami from June 2018 to April 2021. Carlota also has experience as a Co-Founder at Gugu Jewelry from January 2015 to May 2020.

Moving forward, they enrolled at Florida International University from 2015 to 2017, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and a major in Marketing. In 2019, they returned to Florida International University and pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance, General, which they completed in 2020. During the same year, they also obtained a Diamond Essentials certification from GIA (Gemological Institute of America).
