Phoebe Fontanilla

Phoebe Fontanilla serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Lead for ASEAN and Senior Investment Manager at Gobi Partners, the leading Asia-focused venture capital firm. Additionally, Phoebe holds the position of Senior Investment Manager at Gobi-Core Philippine Fund, which focuses on investing in early-stage tech startups in the Philippines. Other notable roles include Board Member at Edukasyon.ph, Council Member at the Gender Lens and Impact Investment Council, and prior engagement as an Ambassador at TechShake, where efforts centered around building investor networks. Phoebe has also organized events for Startup World Cup and IGNITE Philippines, contributing to the local startup ecosystem. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University.
