I am most productive when I know that my Team is focussed and I can calmly continue with my tasks.
What part of your job gives you most energy?
Rodger
When I see the GoBuild Team start working with a new client and "wow" them over the next period with their "on the spot" solutions based thinking and the energy they work with. A few weeks later, the new client responds with something like "GoBuild does what it says it will do". Its so cool.
