Byron James Swart

Byron James Swart has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Sales Representative and later Sales Manager at Essential Med from February 2013 to March 2015. Byron James then transitioned to the recruitment industry, working as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half Finance & Accounting from March 2015 to October 2016. Byron James was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant- Qualified Finance and held this position until November 2019. From November 2019 to April 2021, Byron worked as an Account Executive - High Growth at Xactly Corp, a Vista Equity Company. Byron James then moved into the role of Commercial Account Executive at Xactly Corp from May 2021 to December 2022. Currently, Byron is employed as a Senior Corporate Account Executive at GoCardless, where they are responsible for new business across EMEA.
