Natalie Waters

Natalie Waters has work experience with multiple companies. Natalie started working at Collabro in 2015 as a Japanese Vocal Coach & Translator for a short period. In the same year, they also started working at Apple as a Technical Specialist until 2018, when they became a Genius Administrator until 2021. Natalie also worked as an AppleCare at Home Advisor from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined GoCardless as an IT Onboarding Engineer and later transitioned to the role of IT SaaS Engineer in 2023.

Natalie Waters earned a (Hons) Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from the University of West London, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they obtained certifications in Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II from Workato in June and July of 2023, respectively.
