Olga Dominguez Gil

Olga Dominguez Gil has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Olga is currently working as an Engineering Manager at GoCardless, where they focus on developing high-performing teams and aligning them with company objectives. Prior to this, Olga worked at Gousto as a Team Lead, leading a remote team of engineers and providing coaching and mentoring. Olga also held the position of Senior Android Software Engineer at Monzo Bank, where they led the accessibility efforts for the bank's new UI. Olga has also worked as an Android Software Engineer at Waracle, Bridge International Academies, Novoda, SwiftKey, Yammer Inc., and Ocado, gaining experience in app development and collaborating with diverse teams. Olga began their career as an Experienced Consultant at GrupoCMC - CognicaseManagementConsulting, working on development and integration projects using Java. Throughout their career, Olga has demonstrated a strong skill set in software engineering and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Olga Dominguez Gil completed their education at two universities. From 2001 to 2009, they attended Universidad de Sevilla, where they obtained both a Bsc and Msc degree in Software Engineering. In 2006 to 2007, they also attended Università degli Studi di Salerno and earned a Bsc degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Olga obtained two certifications. In July 2009, they became a Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP 6) through Sun Microsystems. Later, in December 2011, they completed a course called "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence" at Stanford University.
