Dr. Ramanuj Panda is the Founder and CEO of Gocarin Industries Private Limited since February 2023. Previously, Dr. Panda served as Brand Manager Innovation at CavinKare from January 2022 to January 2023 and as Brand Manager at Amul (GCMMF) from May 2019 to January 2022. Early career experiences include an internship at Adani Wilmar in 2018, focusing on the value and supply chains of cottonseed oil, and an internship at YES BANK in 2018, which involved oversight of the supply chain and marketing for Agri Input Companies. Dr. Panda holds a PGDRM (MBA in Rural Management) from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), a Master of Veterinary Science from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from the College of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Bhubaneswar.

Our ecosystem intends to provide our consumers with the best possible extension services associated with raising healthy animals either for higher productivity, or domestic use. Gocarin intends to be at the forefront of medical research and technology associated with animal husbandry. As an organization, we want to develop and help promote scientific, and sustainable practices associated with the management of animals.
