Lexie Florence

Lexie Florence has held a variety of roles in the past 18 years, beginning with the role of Local Titleholder for the Miss America Organization in 2003. In 2008, they were the Studio Manager for Kimberly Smoot Photography. From 2010-2012, they were the Graduate Assistant in Marketing- Sangamon Auditorium for the University of Illinois at Springfield, where they strategized and implemented marketing, advertising, and branding campaigns for the auditorium and its events. From 2012-2015, they were the Account Manager for BriBiz Entertainment Financial Management, managing accounts for over twenty bands, artists, speakers, and other members of the entertainment industry. From 2015-2016, they were the Assistant Director of Admissions for Argosy University, recruiting qualified applicants for admission into a variety of programs. From 2016-2017, they were the Talent Scout, Physician Recruiting - Southwestern & Midwestern U.S. for Sound Physicians, utilizing sourcing, cold-calling, and screening techniques to search and secure qualified Physician and Advanced Practitioner candidates for Sound Physicians' programs. From 2017-2018, they were the Physician Recruiter for American Physician Partners, working closely with regional leadership and providing frequent updates while effectively procuring qualified Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist physicians. From 2018-2021, they were the Director of Account Management and Director of Pediatric Success for GoCheck Kids, where they presented GoCheck Kids photoscreening webinars, demonstrations, and training to pediatric clinics, children's hospitals, and health system decision-makers, promoted and represented GoCheck Kids at leading pediatric conferences and seminars, and created and initiated business development and sales strategies. Currently, they are the Customer Success Manager for GoCheck Kids.

Lexie Florence attended the University of Illinois Springfield from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Communication. Lexie then attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Rhetoric. Lexie Florence also attended Greenville University, though their degree or field of study is unknown.
