Manu Jha is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Founder of OpenIntervue since January 2023, Manu Jha utilizes advanced AI, ML, LLM, and NLP technologies to revolutionize the interview process. Prior to this, Manu Jha served as CEO and Founder of OKKJI, focusing on modernizing traditional practices through innovation. At ESYTHINK, also as CEO and Founder, Manu Jha contributed to the educational sector, addressing the needs of its foundational pillars. Manu Jha's experience includes a leadership role in the National Skill Development Corporation, where significant milestones included establishing 50 training centers and training over 20,000 students. Past roles also encompass software development and database administration at prominent companies such as Techsan India, Oracle, and TCS. Manu Jha earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Biju Patnaik University and a Master's degree in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from Oracle SQL School.
