Ralph Joedicke has been working in the technology field since 1989. Ralph began their career as a Product Support Specialist at Ricoh Business Systems in 1989, then moved to North Texas Healthcare Network as a Senior Programmer in 1994. In 1995, they transitioned to The Dash Group Corporation as VP Operations & Principal Consultant. In 1997, they moved to Applied Materials as e-Business Systems Manager. In 2003, they became CEO & Chief Technology Architect at AUCCESS, LLC. Finally, in 2013, they co-founded and became CEO of goCloudOffice.

Ralph Joedicke completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Managment from the School of Business in Aachen, Germany between 1980 and 1983. Ralph then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree from the Cologne University of Applied Sciences between 1983 and 1986. Finally, they attended Fachhochschule Aachen between 1990 and 1993, studying Managment and Economics without obtaining a degree.
