Kristy McCann Flynn is the Co-Founder and CEO of GoCoach. Prior to this, they were a Senior Human Resources/Change Management Transformation Consultant at RGP from January 2016 to December 2019. There, they were responsible for Human Capital Transformation, Coaching/Advisor, HRIS, Change Management, Learning and Development. From January 2014 to December 2016, Kristy was the Vice President Talent & HR at Constant Contact where they led Core People Success Operations: Talent Acquisition, People Development, Change Management and Operations for Constant Contact/SinglePlatform. Kristy also scaled the business to 2x headcount by applying talent management frameworks in benchmarking, competency modeling, onboarding assimilation, and overall training and development. Prior to that, they were the Global Director of HR & Talent at Pearson from January 2010 to December 2013 and the HR and Diversity Business Partner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from January 2008 to December 2010.

Kristy McCann Flynn received their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Saint Joseph's University and their Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of Scranton. Kristy is certified in ADKAR Change Management Training from Prosci and in DiSC Communication Training from DiSC.
