Brian Schaad

Brian Schaad has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering field. Brian has held various senior leadership roles, including VP of Engineering at Consensus since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Collective Medical from October 2017 to September 2021, where they played a key role in building a network for sharing critical information in the healthcare industry. From 2013 to 2017, Brian was the Senior Director of Engineering at Taulia Inc. Brian also worked as a Senior Development Manager at AtTask, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Development at RemedyMD from 2009 to 2011 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Gold Systems from 2007 to 2009. Brian has also worked in various software engineering roles at RemedyMD, Carefx, GE Healthcare, and Intermountain Healthcare.

Brian Schaad attended Davis High School from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Computer Science. Brian then enrolled in Weber State University from 1996 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. In 2013, Brian continued their education at Southern New Hampshire University, completing a Masters in Computer Science in 2015.
