Kelsey McDonough

Kelsey McDonough is an experienced professional in client success and operations management, currently serving as the Client Success Operations Manager at Consensus since December 2023. Kelsey is also a member of RevOps Co-op since April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Operations CX Manager at Eskalera Inc. from April 2022 to September 2023. Kelsey worked at IFS Core from April 2017 to April 2022, holding various positions including Manager of Customer Experience and Supervisor of Customer Success. Kelsey began the professional journey at New England Movement Arts as PR/Outreach Coordinator while simultaneously holding roles as Marketing Assistant and Receptionist. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from Salem State University, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Northern Essex Community College.
