McKay Richins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. McKay started their career in 2015 as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Alder and held this position until 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to EnerBank USA, where they worked as a Lender until 2018 and then as an Account Manager until 2019. In 2019, they joined Accolo as a Recruiting Coordinator. From 2020 to 2021, McKay worked at FireEye, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Sourcing Recruiter, where they handled various responsibilities including scheduling interviews, managing offer letters, and facilitating pre-boarding processes. In 2021, they joined Purple as a Corporate Recruiter and was promoted to the role of Sr. Corporate Recruiter in 2022. Currently, McKay is working at Consensus as a Senior Recruiter.
McKay Richins has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Utah Valley University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2019. In 2015, they briefly studied Marketing at Salt Lake Community College without obtaining a degree. In 2014, McKay also studied Marketing at the University of Utah for a short period. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in January 2021 and in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in September 2020.
