Scott Fiedel

Scott Fiedel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Papa John's International as a General Manager.

In 2017, they joined Purple and served as a Shipping/Fulfillment Assistant Manager, where they led and developed over 30 associates.

Scott then advanced to the role of Shipping/Fulfillment Manager, overseeing daily operations and coordinating between departments to ensure on-time delivery. Scott also ensured that the department met key performance indicators (KPIs) and reported initiatives to the Director of Operations.

From 2020 to 2022, Scott held the position of Senior Shipping/Fulfillment Manager at Purple. In this role, they had oversight of all e-commerce, wholesale, and retail fulfillment across three facilities. Scott hired, led, and developed managers, assistant managers, and associates. Additionally, they defined, owned, and reported KPIs to the VP of Supply Chain and COO, and built dashboards to provide insight to other groups within the company.

In 2022, Scott joined Dreamland Baby Co. as a Supply Chain and Operations Manager. Their responsibilities included planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy, reducing inventory levels while maintaining safety stock, overseeing customer service, managing logistics processes for new products, building relationships with suppliers and distributors, and managing financial statements and invoicing.

Currently, Scott is employed at Consensus as a Client Success Manager. Prior to this role, they served as a Mid Market Client Success Manager.

Scott Fiedel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Utah between the years 2012 and 2013.
