Kyle Rogers

Kyle Rogers is the current SVP of Finance at Crisp. Prior to joining Crisp, Rogers was the Director of Finance at Terminal from June 2018 to February 2021. As the first finance hire at Terminal, a Series A VC-backed startup, Rogers was responsible for building and leading the FP&A function and managing the accounting team from the ground up. Under Rogers's leadership, Terminal saw annual revenue growth of +100%.

Some of Rogers's key accomplishments during their time at Terminal include forecasting the company’s long term growth and expansion plans, partnering with company leadership to align resource demands with business objectives, and successfully raising $17M in Series B funding and $3M in venture debt. Additionally, Rogers built the company’s first financial operating model, integrated its global business and financial data into a three statement consolidated financial projection, and created and designed the company’s financial and business reporting dashboards. Kyle also shaped company strategy through the identification of key trends and performance drivers, advised on their associated risks and opportunities, and performed ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling for strategic events including new products and pricing, M&A opportunities, international expansion, and GTM sales enablement.

In addition to their work in finance, Rogers also led the creation of materials for board of directors meetings and investor reporting, managed the original accounting team, and oversaw the FX and treasury functions. Kyle successfully implemented FX hedging strategies that saved the firm +$250K annually in FX costs.
