VP, Customer Success at Crisp

Nina Giviyan-Kermani is currently the VP of Customer Success at Crisp. Nina has over three years of experience in strategy and operations, specifically in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. Nina has a deep understanding of target customers and their challenges/priorities, which they leverage to build and communicate strategic decisions with product development, pricing/packaging, and value proposition. Nina also has experience in leading strategic planning, customer-facing teams, and business systems.

Nina started their career at Neon One in January 2018 as the Vice President of Strategy & Operations. In this role, they served as a key leader in positioning Neon One as a leading market competitor in delivering best-in-class SaaS solutions to the nonprofit sector. Nina was responsible for driving all aspects of moving the company forward, including identifying ambitious performance targets, charting the execution roadmap, and collaborating cross-functionally across the enterprise to fuel goal achievement. During their time at Neon One, they successfully guided the company through a consolidation of client operations and services teams from 4 new acquisitions (NeonCRM, Arts People, CiviCore, and Rallybound), which involved oversight of ~90 staff. Nina also built an account management/customer success function and developed customer campaigns around payments migration/adoption and price restructuring, resulting in $10M+ in new/recurring annual revenue.

In July 2021, Nina left Neon One to join Crisp as the VP of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects

Nina Giviyan-Kermani has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago in Political Science and Government. Nina also has a Master of Divinity from the University of Chicago. Nina is currently completing a competitive strategy program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
