Prashanthi Kanniappan Murthy

Prashanthi Kanniappan Murthy serves as a Security Engineer IV in Cyber Threat Intelligence at GoDaddy since February 2020, having previously held roles as SDE III, SDE II, and SDE I in Threat Research. In addition to current responsibilities, Prashanthi is involved in GDGrad Leadership, assisting new graduates and interns in their corporate journey. Prashanthi contributed to AnitaB.org as a Security/Privacy Review Committee Member for several Grace Hopper Celebrations from 2021 to 2023. Early career experiences include a Cyber Threat Intelligence Internship at GoDaddy and positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Software Development Engineer and Technology Analyst Intern. Prashanthi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Security and Privacy from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s in Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
