Spencer Roach is an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with a strong background in leading compensation strategies across the EMEA & APAC regions. Currently serving as Compensation & Benefits Director at GoDaddy since August 2021, Spencer is responsible for guiding the organization through various changes, enhancing total direct compensation, and ensuring employee pay transparency. Prior to GoDaddy, Spencer held key roles at OpenText as Director of Total Rewards EMEA, leading significant spend reductions during the Covid-19 pandemic, and at Gartner as Associate Director of EMEA Benefits. Previous experience also includes senior positions at Cisco, Nuance Communications, Honeywell, Aon, and Mercer, where Spencer developed and implemented comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies across multiple regions. Spencer holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth.
