Victor Soto

Victor Soto is an experienced manager with a robust background in operations, sales, and team development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Partners Operations Manager at GoDaddy since April 2014, Victor has held various roles including Care Supervisor and Interim Manager, where responsibilities included cross-departmental collaboration, team coaching, and goal setting. Prior to GoDaddy, Victor gained valuable experience at T-Mobile USA as the Retail Sales Lead, managing operational tasks and store performance, and at Best Buy by supervising multiple departments and overseeing employee relations. Victor holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Chandler/Gilbert Community College and a high school diploma from Chandler High School.
