Yogita Rawat

Yogita Rawat has extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of CSR at Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd since February 2013. In this role, Yogita oversees strategic planning and execution of CSR initiatives at the group level, ensuring compliance with governmental standards, and facilitating community development programs. Prior to this, Yogita held various positions at Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, and CSR project review, as well as serving as an ISO Internal Auditor. Earlier experience also includes a role as an Executive at HDFC Bank, focusing on customer service and account management.
