Radha Venkataraman has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving at GoDB Tech since November 2007, focusing on employee onboarding and retention, general administration, performance management, counseling, and events and branding. Prior to this role, Radha worked as the HR & Admin Lead at Witco India Ltd from 2005 to 2007 and as an HR & Admin Executive at Alved Pharma and Foods Pvt. Ltd. from 2002 to 2005. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts And Science College For Women, completed in 2002, as well as education at N.K.T National College Of Education For Women from 1993 to 1999.
