Candace Cramer

Candace Cramer currently serves as President & CEO of Goddard House, an assisted living and memory support community, where notable leadership is demonstrated in advancing holistic programming and expanding social initiatives for over 1,500 older adults in Greater Boston. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at Sophia Snow Place, strategic planning and real estate acquisition were led for a senior living community with a legacy of over 150 years. At Ascentria Care Alliance, Candace acted as Chief Development Officer, overseeing fund development and community relations for a large human services organization. Candace founded CNC|Cramer Nonprofit Consulting, providing strategic and operational consulting to nonprofits. Additional background includes a role as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources at Benefit Designs, Inc. Educational credentials include an MBA and MA in Arts Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College.
