Sarah le Roy

Sarah Le Roy currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Power Factors and is a member of the Board of Directors at Goddard House Assisted Living, the oldest elder care organization in Massachusetts. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Sarah has held roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Saama, Forrester, RSA Security, and Decision Resources Group. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and CHRO at Lantheus Medical Imaging, Executive Vice President of Organizational Strategy at Fike Corporation, and Vice President of Talent at Linkage, Inc. Sarah began a career at Goldman Sachs as Executive Director of Human Capital Management in the EMEA region. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
