Manon Manavit

Manon Manavit is a seasoned arts professional currently serving as the Community Arts Manager at Goddard Riverside, where responsibilities include curating the Community Arts Program and increasing support for emerging artists through a social justice Artist Residency. Prior experience includes working as a Production Coordinator at Earth Celebrations, leading climate-focused artistic initiatives, and serving as a Visual and Performing Arts Specialist at the California Institute of the Arts, where Manon cultivated a culturally responsive teaching approach. Manon holds an MFA in Directing from the California Institute of the Arts and a BFA in Theatre from Concordia University, complemented by a prior education at Bard College. Notably, Manon was recognized as a Citizen Artist AmeriCorps Scholar in 2017.
