Merrill T. Dobson

Merrill Dobson currently serves as the Associate Deputy Executive Director for Talent & Organizational Development and has held various roles including Human Resources Manager and Fiscal/HR Analyst at Goddard Riverside Community Center since October 2011. Prior experience includes working as an English Tutor at KIPP NYC from April to June 2011 and as Director of Research & Strategic Planning at Powers Global Strategies, LLC from March 2003 to January 2011. Earlier in the career, Merrill Dobson was a Legal Assistant and Case Manager at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2000 to 2003. Merrill Dobson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Civilization (Art History) from Yale University, completed in 2000, and attended Trinity School.
