Kristine Meas, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Kristine is currently working as a People Operations Manager at Godfrey Dadich Partners since May 2021.

Before their current role, Kristine held positions at Grand Hyatt San Diego, where they served as the Assistant Colleague Experience Director from August 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Colleague Experience Manager from June 2018 to August 2019.

In 2020, they briefly served as the Interim Human Resources Director at Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine from September to December.

Kristine also gained experience at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they worked as an Area Talent Acquisition Manager from September 2017 to June 2018.

Kristine has also held roles at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, including Area Learning and Development Manager from March 2016 to September 2017, and Recruiting Manager from June 2015 to February 2016.

Additionally, Kristine worked at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Golf Club & Spa as the Assistant Director of Housekeeping from June 2013 to June 2015, and at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati as a Corporate Management Trainee - Rooms Division from January 2013 to June 2013.

Kristine'searly career includes a role at Hyatt Regency La Jolla as a Front Office Agent/Concierge from April 2011 to December 2012.

Before transitioning to the hospitality industry, Kristine gained experience in the entertainment industry as a Disney College Program Food & Beverage Intern at The Walt Disney Company from August 2010 to January 2011.

Kristine Meas, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management with an emphasis in Hotel Operations & Management from San Diego State University. Kristine attended the university from 2008 to 2012. In August 2020, they received their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the SHRM institution.
