Benjamin C. Eastman

Ben’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and divestitures, and entity formation.

While in law school, Ben participated on Wisconsin’s Transactional Law Team where he was awarded First Place Overall and Best Draft of a Stock Purchase Agreement in Duke University’s Transactional Law Competition. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Ben worked as a legal intern in the Corporate and M&A Department at Allen & Overy in Munich, Germany where he assisted private equity and corporate clients with cross-border transactions throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
