Laura H. Meronk

Laura Meronk is a shareholder and member of the Corporate Law and Real Estate Practice Groups, practicing in the Appleton and Green Bay offices. Laura's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, general business law issues, and commercial real estate matters.

Laura's primary goal is to serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to her clients. To accomplish this, Laura works to serve clients by first understanding their business needs and personal/ family goals, and then by offering strategic legal advice and smart, practical solutions.

In the transactional area, Laura represents both strategic and financial buyers and sellers, as well as lenders, borrowers and equity investors. Laura's transaction experience includes a wide range of public and privately-held/ family-owned businesses in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, transportation and logistics, professional services and technology and telecom providers.

In addition, Laura is experienced advising companies in all stages of development from formation to exit strategies. Laura regularly consults with clients on general corporate structure, contract matters, risk management and other business law concerns, and in this manner, acts as outside general counsel to a number of the firm's public and privately-held/ family-owned business clients.
