Rob Roy is an experienced professional in learning and organizational capability, currently serving as the Learning & Organisational Capability Lead at Godfreys since January 2019. In this role, Rob has reimagined and implemented a customer experience framework and launched a new mobile learning platform. Previously, Rob held the position of National Training Manager, focusing on induction programs and leadership strategies. With extensive experience at Godfreys since 2003, including roles as State Manager for VIC/SA/TAS and Area Manager for WA, Rob has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth and profitability while managing diverse teams. Prior to Godfreys, Rob worked at Target Australia in various managerial roles. Education includes a Diploma in Retail Leadership from the National Retail Association and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Chisholm Institute, along with recent accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider.
