Jim Gill

Jim Gill joined Godman Guild in 2005 and has been an active leader and member of the Executive Team. He was named Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer in September 2013, and Executive Vice President in 2018.

Jim is a graduate of Kenyon College and also completed an executive graduate program in Organization Development through NTL Institute and American University. He has earned numerous certifications and awards in the areas of Operations Management, Training and Development and Human Resources.

Jim’s passion for helping individuals and organizations succeed is evident throughout his career as a senior leader and executive. He has 35 years of experience helping companies, locally and globally, improve and grow.
