Satyajit Bera

Satyajit Bera is an experienced professional in factory operations and management, currently serving as Plant Head at Godrej Agrovet Limited since January 2023. Prior roles include Managing Owner at Samar Mitali Complex and General Manager Operations at MeatJoy, where Satyajit focused on business strategy and planning. Satyajit also held Plant Head positions at Licious and Godrej Agrovet Limited from 2013 to 2019, overseeing factory operations in both meat processing and agricultural sectors.
