Sandip Barmera

Sandip Barmera has over a decade of experience in operations management across various financial institutions. Sandip served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at Godrej Capital from January 2020 to April 2025, following a tenure as Head of Central Operations at Aditya Birla Capital from July 2016 to January 2020. Prior to these roles, Sandip worked as Deputy General Manager Operations at Lodha Group and held positions at Axis Bank as Sr. Manager Customer Service and Barclays Bank as Manager for Customer Query Resolution and Correspondence in Assets and Cards. Sandip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Bhavan's College, Mumbai University, completed in 2003.
