Amitava Pal

Amitava Pal has extensive experience in supply chain management and manufacturing. AMITAVA worked as the Country Product Supply Head at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where they were responsible for managing end-to-end SCM and manufacturing activities in Bangladesh. AMITAVA led a team of over 80 people across multiple manufacturing plants and warehouses. Prior to this, Amitava served as the Director of SCM at Snapdeal, overseeing pan-India fulfillment center operations and network planning. AMITAVA also held managerial positions at Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, and Tata Motors.

Amitava Pal completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, between the years 2000 and 2004. AMITAVA then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, from 2006 to 2008.
