Bibhas Sarkar

Bibhas Sarkar has a diverse work experience in various companies. Bibhas is currently the Head of Strategy and Project Management at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where they lead strategy reporting, drives business growth and profitability, and leads transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Bibhas worked at D'DECOR HOME FABRICS as the DGM Strategy and Business Excellence, where they co-led the strategy function and led strategy development and execution for multiple regions. Bibhas also worked at Emami Ltd as the Senior Manager of the Program Management Office, leading the organization's largest EBITDA improvement program, and at BMGI as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where they worked on various engagements involving business launch plans and growth strategies. Bibhas started their career at Ciena as an Engineer/Developer, managing networks and troubleshooting critical client issues.

Bibhas Sarkar completed their education in a chronological manner. Bibhas first attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1991 to 2002, where they received their AISSCE degree in Science. Following this, they enrolled at Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology from 2003 to 2007, and obtained their B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering. Later on, they pursued an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2009 to 2011.
