Gaurav Agarwal

Gaurav Agarwal has a diversified work experience in various companies. Gaurav started their career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Reckitt in 2011 and then moved on to the role of Engineering & Maintenance Executive, where they were responsible for end-to-end engineering functions. Gaurav later became the Plant Manufacturing & CapEx Project Manager, overseeing plant operations, manufacturing, and project management for FMCG plants. Gaurav also worked as a Site Engineering Manager and Corporate Engineering & Project Manager at Reckitt, where they managed site engineering, capex projects, and continual improvement. Gaurav then joined ADM as a Corporate Engineering & Project Manager, responsible for engineering and capex project management. Currently, they are working at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where they have held multiple roles, including CapEx Project & Continual Improvement Manager for North India & Srilanka and Plant Head (Deputy General Manager- Operations)-Kathua Soap & Mosquito Coil Units-Large Scale. In these roles, they have been responsible for various aspects such as production planning, quality control, operational excellence, training & development, and legal compliance. Gaurav has extensive experience in capex project planning and execution, productivity improvement, and driving continual improvement in manufacturing sites.

Gaurav Agarwal has a diverse education history. In 2005, they completed their Higher Secondary education at HSS School Jind, Haryana, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Gaurav then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Punjab Engineering College, graduating in 2011. After gaining some work experience, Gaurav pursued further education and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak from 2018 to 2019, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas. In 2017, Gaurav became a Certified Microsoft Office Professional through Aptech. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Supply Chain Management Professional certification from the Confederation of Indian Industry. Gaurav also holds the Certified Quality Internal Auditor certification from Strotus Corpsol, obtained in 2015. Lastly, Gaurav is a Certified Energy Manager, accredited by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, which they achieved in 2015.
