Astha Dighade

Astha Dighade is an experienced professional in the Dairy and Beverage industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager in R&D at Godrej Jersey since September 2025. Previously, Astha worked at CavinKare from July 2022 to September 2025 as a Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting quality control improvement projects, conducting ISO audits, managing customer complaints, creating SOP training materials, and implementing food testing procedures. Astha began career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Corporate Quality Management at CavinKare, focusing on SOP creation, GMP audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. The professional journey began with an internship at Modern Dairy Karnal in early 2019. Astha holds an M.Tech in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute and a B.Tech in Dairy Technology from the College of Dairy Technology, Warud.
