Sachin Agarwal has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Customer Executive for PepsiCo. Sachin then worked as a Category Manager at Reliance Retail in 2007. Following that, they were an Assistant Manager of Processed Food and Beverages at Aditya Birla Retail Limited. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the Regional Merchandising Manager at Heritage Fresh. In 2010, they joined Spencer's Retail as the Category Buying Manager for Personal Care. In 2011, Sachin became the Business Head of Heritage Fresh at Future Group India, where they worked until 2020. Sachin then co-founded and served as a Director at Urban Farmart until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Nature's Basket Limited.
Sachin Agarwal completed their Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing at the Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co Operative management from 2003 to 2005.
