Jackie Foo

A proven executive with over 15 years of experience in building customer service and retail organizations, Jackie is goeasy Ltd.’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, leading our over 400 retail stores and our call centre. She joined goeasy in July 2021. Prior to joining goeasy, Jackie spent nearly three decades leading customer-facing teams at some of Canada’s best-known brands, including Bell Canada, Jenny Craig and Telus. Before joining goeasy, Jackie led BCE’s Retail Centre of Excellence, where her team provided services to all of Bell’s retail channels. Previously, she held roles at BCE as the Chief Operating Officer for The Source, as well as Vice President of Corporate Stores for Bell and Virgin Mobile. Jackie is passionate about diversity and inclusion and the development of young talent. She holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
