Clarence Akagu is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and public relations. Currently serving as the Social Media/Marketing specialist for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers at the Dallas College Chapter since September 2022, Clarence Akagu also holds the position of Vice President of Public Relations for the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International. Since July 2015, Clarence Akagu has been involved with rLoop Incorporated, managing mechanical designs and subsystem parts of a hyperloop pod, while co-designing a related video game. Additionally, Clarence Akagu co-founded and serves as Vice President of the Students for the Exploration and Development of Space at Richland College and participates in initiatives like GoFly Prize and NASA's L’SPACE Mission Academy. Clarence Akagu's educational background includes an Advanced Manufacturing degree from Dallas College, coupled with a Diploma in Mechanical CADD, enhancing proficiency in various CAD software.
