Isabella Myers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isabella started their career in 2016 as a Behavioral Interventionist at Autism & Behavioral Consulting Services, where they provided support and services to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. In 2016, they also served as a Student Athlete Advisory Committee Representative at UNLV Athletics, advocating for the welfare of student-athletes and providing input on relevant policies.

In 2018, Isabella joined the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) in various roles. Isabella worked as an Intern at Project FOCUS, where they gained experience in different aspects of the program. Isabella also served as a Student Worker at the Disability Resource Center, assisting students with accessing supportive services and accommodations. Additionally, they worked as an Academic Success Coach, helping undergraduate students develop strategies for success and improve their learning skills.

Isabella then transitioned to Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2020, where they served as a Management Trainee for six months. Their role involved learning various aspects of the rental car business and gaining leadership experience.

In the same year, Isabella joined Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, where they held multiple HR roles. Isabella started as an HR Coordinator, responsible for administrative tasks related to employee management. Isabella then served as an HR Specialist, providing support in areas such as employee relations, policies, and benefits administration. Currently, Isabella holds the position of Corporate Manager of Human Resources, partnering with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategic initiatives and support business needs.

Isabella Myers completed their high school education at Northwest Career and Technical Academy from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a diploma in Construction Management. Isabella then pursued higher education at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2015 to 2019, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Isabella also received several certifications. In August 2019, they obtained the FERPA (Family Educational Rights And Privacy Acts) certification from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. The same month, they also completed the Harassment & Discrimination Prevention training provided by EVERFI. In July 2019, they undertook the At Risk for Faculty and Staff Training at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Isabella also obtained the OSHA (Occupation Safety and Health Administration) certification, specifically the OSHA 10 Hour Training, in January 2013. Lastly, in February 2016, they received the HIPAA Associate (HIPAA) certification from HIPAA One®.
