Tim McGuire

Tim McGuire has a diverse work experience in the field of software management and consulting. Tim most recently worked as a Senior Operations Program Manager at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at ServiceTitan from July 2020 to March 2023, where they developed and delivered programs to maximize contractors' use of ServiceTitan. Tim also worked as a Residential Home Service Business Consultant as a self-employed contractor from April 2020 to July 2020, helping businesses in the home service industry improve their operations. From April 2019 to April 2020, Tim served as the Vice President of Content and Community at Pointman, where they managed and guided a content development team to create resources for contractors. Before that, Tim worked at Successware 21, a division of Clockwork Home Services, from February 2002 to April 2019. During their tenure, they held the positions of Director of Customer Experience and Director of Education and Training, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, implementation planning, training, and product support.

Tim McGuire attended St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute from 1983 to 1987. Tim then went on to Buffalo State University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from 1987 to 1991. Later, from 1997 to 1998 at Buffalo State University, Tim obtained a Certification in Secondary Social Studies Education and Teaching.
