Jenny Hadden

Jenny Hadden has a diverse and accomplished work experience spanning various industries. Jenny is currently the COO and Co-owner of Evergreen Enterprises, a real estate development company and retail and hospitality group. Prior to this, Jenny founded their own consulting firm, Hadden Consulting Group LLC, where they served as the Strategy & Growth Director and provided customer acquisition and growth strategy consulting services to clients such as LGS Innovations, Medtronic, and Workbar.

Jenny also has experience in the technology field, having worked at Xero, a global online accounting platform. During their time at Xero, they held several positions, including Strategy Manager, Global & Americas, Product Innovation Management, and Head of Global Customer Analytics. Jenny was responsible for driving product innovation, managing customer analytics, and developing global strategies.

Additionally, Jenny worked at FareHarbor as the Senior Analytics Manager and Client Strategy & Marketing Analytics Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing analytics and marketing strategies for the company.

Earlier in their career, Jenny worked at TeamSnap as the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist, where they focused on digital marketing initiatives. Jenny also worked at Shmoop as a Product Manager, contributing to the development of digital resources for students and teachers.

Furthermore, Jenny has a passion for giving back and making a positive impact. Jenny was a 2nd Founding Member and Director of Virgin Islands Scholars, where they raised funds and managed a leadership education program for underprivileged teens in the Virgin Islands. This program provided comprehensive leadership training and hands-on projects to improve schools and communities.

Jenny has additional certifications as a Certified Interpersonal Facilitator from PREPARE/ENRICH, a Xero Certified from Xero, and a Google Analytics Certificate from Google. Jenny obtained the Certified Interpersonal Facilitator certification in April 2019, the Xero Certified certification in February 2017, and the Google Analytics Certificate in August 2015.
