Carol Lynn Grow has a long and varied work experience. Carol Lynn began their career in 1991 as Corporate Planning Dept at Showa Denko K.K. where they negotiated overseas licensing and technical agreements for automotive parts and packaging divisions with European, Chinese, and US companies and marketed high-tech aluminum packaging products. In 1994, they moved to IBM as a Global Sourcing Manager where they managed a global procurement team of 20 and was responsible for developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships for manufacturing supplies, paper, printed material, office supplies and business equipment representing an annual spend of $800M. In 2000, they became a Procurement Manager at Procurian. Finally, in 2001, they joined LawToolBox.com, Inc. as the Owner, VP of Marketing and Sales. Here, they were responsible for LawToolBox365, a deadline management solution that empowers legal professionals to calculate rules-based deadlines, including deadlines in civil litigation based on rules of procedure for state and federal courts in 50 states.

Carol Lynn Grow began their education in 1986, when they attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. In 1988, they studied Spanish language at La Casa Internacional in Madrid, Spain, and also studied Modern Art and French Language at La Sorbonne and L’Alliance Francaise in Paris, France. From 1990 to 1991, they were an Academic Researcher in Economics at Kyushu Sangyo University.
