Hywel Dafydd

Hywel Dafydd is a highly experienced professional in the field of social care and safeguarding, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Regulation and Deputy Registrar at Social Care Wales since December 2017. In this role, Hywel oversees multiple teams focused on workforce registration, conduct investigations, hearings coordination, social care training regulation, and policy compliance.
