Andrew Schaedler

Andrew Schaedler has been working in the engineering field since 2011. Their first role was as a Process Engineer and Project Engineer at TDK, where they were responsible for operating profit of 12% per year in the responsibility sector, as well as automation of the production processes for assembling capacitors and rationalization of materials and production processes of 50 thousand euros per year. Andrew also served as a Mechanical Design Engineer, responsible for mechanical design of machines for building capacitors in computational modeling, execution, machining, machine designs, and selection and purchase of machine elements. In 2019, they moved to Umifer Metalúrgica, where they worked as a Project Manager, delivering mechanical design, machining, and automation for customers in the manufacturing industry, as well as responsible for company administration and people management. Andrew also developed new customers and new markets, trained and renewed the production team with a focus on quality, productivity, and professional conduct, implemented administrative management software, and increased monthly billing by 18%. In 2021, they worked as a Mechanical Designer at Teksul Industria de Máquinas Ltda. Currently, they are working as a Mechanical Engineer at both Unique Electric Solutions and GoFasti.

Andrew Schaedler has a diverse educational background. Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2006-2012. Andrew then completed a Project Management Master of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2013-2015. In 2010-2011, they attended The University of New Mexico.
