Sidrah Arshad Kamal

Sidrah Arshad Kamal serves as the Onboarding Manager at GoFleet since May 2024, following a successful tenure at Motive from July 2019 to May 2024 as a Customer Success Coordinator-Enterprise. At Motive, Sidrah managed enterprise accounts for the logistics segment, led special programs, collaborated with product development on project implementations, and conducted training for new hires. Prior to this role, Sidrah held various positions within technical support at Motive and ibex. Pakistan, where responsibilities included coaching team members, handling escalations, and troubleshooting customer inquiries related to consumer electronics. Sidrah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar.
